Jarrod Gingras is Real Story Group’s Managing Director and Senior Analyst covering Digital Marketing technologies, including web content management, campaign and marketing automation, digital asset management, and journey orchestration. Jarrod is co-author of the book The Right Way to Select Technology, published in 2017 by Rosenfeld Media. Jarrod is a more than twenty-year veteran of the content technology industry, starting his career as a web developer and information architect. Prior to joining The Real Story Group in 2007, Jarrod worked as a user interface designer at a systems integration firm, where he developed user-focused content management strategies and solutions for clients in the financial services, retail, healthcare, insurance, and manufacturing industries. Since joining The Real Story Group, Jarrod has contributed to research across the enterprise information landscape, with a special focus on the end-user experience for the technologies we evaluate. He has also advised clients such as Coca-Cola, Ford Motors, Save the Children, RISD Museum, Norman Rockwell Museum, Harvard Business School, Children’s Hospital Colorado, McKesson, First Citizen’s Bank, AstraZeneca, Penn Medicine, The Mayo Clinic, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Delta Air Lines in their MarTech decisions and strategies.
